Manu Materia UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the data controller for personal information collected through this waitlist, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. No sensitive data (health, financial, etc.) is collected, and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.
Your data is used solely to notify you about product availability, launch updates, and early access offers. Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your data is stored securely on GDPR-compliant infrastructure (Contabo, Munich, Germany). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where technically necessary (e.g. our email service provider), who are contractually bound to protect it (Art. 28 GDPR).
Your data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Upon removal, your data is promptly deleted. A suppression record is kept solely to prevent accidental re-subscription.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time - simply reply to any email or contact us directly. You may also lodge a complaint with the German Federal Data Protection Authority (BfDI) or your local supervisory authority.
